Pioneer DEH-X8500BH reset?

I have a fairly new Pioneer DEH-X8500BH installed in my truck. It has been working just fine, but a few days ago, in the USB mode, it started stalling in iPod tracks, then it moves on to the next track and does the same thing. Can anyone tell me how to reset this unit?

usually there's a reset hole behind the faceplate which you stick in a thin paper clip or wire

^^yep, either behind the faceplate, or on the actual faceplate itself.... hold the button in for a while until you hear a beep or a winding noise. don't push it in too hard tho. the other way is to disconnect your battery for a while
