Post Sub and Port placement

Ok I am trying to figure out how I should design the install for my trunk and I am trying to figure out what the best way would be to place the port and sub. I plan on running 2 15A's each in its own ported enclosure.

For the sub placement I am wondering if I should angle each sub to the side of the trunk closest to it. Should I aim the subs towards the middle of the trunk. Should I aim them straight back or should I aim them slightly angled up?

For the ports I am wondering if it would be best to port the enclosures out the top of the enclosure facing the now open 6 x 9 opening in the rear deck. Or should I have the ports on the same plain as the subs facing the rear of the trunk?

This is going into a civic coupe.

I don't recommend porting into the cabin. All it's going to do is make port noise more apparent. I'd fire the port to the rear and have the subs firing either up or to the rear.

If you can build a temporary box and move it around in there to find out which position gives the best results then go from there.
Otherwise, fire them towards the back of the trunk (port same side), at a angle to the trunk lid (port same side), or directly up with the port firing towards the back of the car.

Thanks for the help. would I notice any difference in output if I had the woofers angled towards the middle so that if the woofers play in an x formation sorta. Dunno if this makes sense

Facing the subs towards each other might bring with it some cancellation headaches.

There should be a sticky note or faq for this forum and this should be one of the questions in it. (I know, ive asked the same/similar questions myself many times)

As for my opinion, i like to face subs and ports straight up, but i have a hatch back. To each his own i suppose.
