Update on my box build with pics

With the use of info in this forum, I was able to get the designs and build the below.

I just have to add a couple other corner pieces and then the top.

Sorry about the quality of the pics...they are from my phone.

What do you think? I hope I'm on the right track!!

looking pretty good man.

but it looks like you port is a bit off,it looks like it get narrower inside the box.
when i build ported boxes i cut a few stips of mdf the thickness of the port, and when im building i can place them in the port to make sure the spaceing stays exaclty the same width down the enire length of the port
why did you not round the port edge inside the box where the port ends?and other than the wood being split from screws in one or 2 spots it looks good, you are very much on the right track

I noticed that with the port yesterday, I will be adjusting it and using spacers to keep everything the right size. I imagine it will be a pain since it's glued, I hope it doesn't do too much damage when I rip that out.

I rounded the port edge on the inside of the box....just not super hardcore, should I do it more? I can round it more when I take the port out to adjust it.

Also, should I add corner pieces on the port wall and on the brace as well?

Yeah, damn wood splitting. It only happened at 2 spots, not bad.
