amp for 10 000 watt sub

Hey, I havent posted here in a while and super slacking, but its time to start using my sub as an actual sub rather than a tv stand in my basement,

basically M.A audio 10 000 watts peak 5000 rms hard kore series from a few years back, prob wont even do 5000 rms

anyways looking for a set up finally going to actually do it, I posted AWHILE BACK and never did it, but now I have my own car i can mess around with

this is what I was looking at,
Amazon.com: Boss PH5000D Phantom 5000-Watt Class D Monoblock Amplifier with Remote: Car Electronics Amazon.com: Boss PH5000D Phantom 5000-Watt Class D Monoblock Amplifier with Remote: Car Electronics

I know what people say about boss, but its cheap, and I just dont have the money to spend on anything crazy at the moment but I do what to get this sub bumping, so what do you guys think, any recommendations?

DC 5K
AMERICAN BASS VFL
SUNDOWN 4500D
CACTUS SOUNDS 5K
ROCKFORD T40001BD

LOTS AND LOTS OF OPTIONS
that "boss" amp you listed is absolutely garbage. it'd roughly get you 800-1k rms at 1ohm if your lucky.

If your wanting an amplifier with 5000 watts RMS actual power your going to pay big $ for it. As stated above the "boss" amp is not worth even purchasing, stay away from it.

Add a capacitor as well with any power over a 1000 watts RMS.

Much better product. I personally don't mind Hifonics and have not had any problems working with it.

If you want cheap power hifonics is not bad choice ...other option are audiopipe, belva, or my favourite cheapo amp:
Shark shkamp2500 rated 2000rms ( probably does 1500 with good electrical) and cost $120

And forget using a stiffening cap, do the big three upgrade and add an extra agm battery ( a high output alternator would be ideal but judging by your budget those options i mentioned would be a good start)

he said he wanted to do this inexpensively, you obviously have no idea what a capacitor does with that comment.
