Finaly. It's been a long fight.

My case with Audiobahn Inc. has finaly been closed as Unresolved. Audiobahn has once again taken exceedingly long to replace items. Soon, the Better Business Bureau's rating will reflect this.

So to all of you that have those Flame Excursion subs that have separated...fill out a complaint at http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/C...anyID=100000803 for Product Quality.

For those of you that have amps that the protect light doesn't come on, you have a green light, but no output, fill one out for Product Quality.

For those of you that the screws broke off that hold the neat little FLAME bling bling thing on the amps, fill one out for Product Quality.

For those of you that have sent stuff in for warranty and it has taken over a month to receive your replacement, file one for Guarantee/Warranty.

For those of you who's subs and amps haven't failed YET, fill one out for Selling Practices. (Ad practices might do as well). As ALL Audiobahn amplifiers are tested without a load, and therefore do not put out NEAR what they are rated to put out.

False Advertisement is Selling Practices and Ad Practices.


Your taxes pay money for the BBB and the Attorney General. Use them!

that bought some not so awesome product
looks like they look after there stuff as good as the ma audio crew do too
oh there the some company arn't they

 

remember you get what you pay for. i met the owners of audiobahn in vegas and after seeing them, not on your life would i trust them with a potato knife. rebadged legacy, there philosophy is if it looks good and we market the hell out of it......... people will buy it, notice you see audiobahn advertised everywhere but how many test do you see of the product in the major car audio magazines? i sell the crap and install it, and i also carry lagacy. the amp boards are almost identical and so are most of the components, the flame subs baskets are not metal but fu#@$ plastic. with a cool blue upper plate made not of steel but again plastic, man dont get me going about this stuff, some people may love it but for the most of us its been a bad experience.

How cheap does it have to be, before it's NFG?

 

u get what you pay for ive got pg zx amps eq there all like 6years old never had any problems they work like there brand new and oh ya im a cranker.research b4 u pluk down your hard earned cash fellas its worth it

 

It sounds like a dealer problem not product, I'm not saying its perfect...but we would of replaced it free of charge.

 

they replaced everything free of charge for a year...problem was, it took 3-5 months. At towards the end of the warranty, they tried not to cover the stuff because it was close to the end of the warranty.

I am STILL waiting for an amp. That is why the BBB FINALLY gave them unsatisfactory.

 

and how long have you's been audiobahn distributors
i don't think you's have had enough experience to say that yet

if the ma audio service is the same as audiobahns its about as good as he says it is
