I'm looking for someone to build me a custom box for my setup. Idealy he/she should be in the east end GTA also I would like to meet up with them personally so we can discuss my setup.

I probably will go with a ported setup as my current box is sealed and seems to lack bottom end (cheapy Q-Logic)

How much should a 12" ported and carpeted box cost??

if you're buying a prefab box, it should cost about 50 bucks or so. but prefab ported boxes aren't a good idea. to get someone (like myself)to make one, you're looking at probly closer to 75 or so. and if you'd like a NICE custom box (IE look at the post of canadian GP's trunk with the pics) it's lots more.

I'd be willing to pay over 100 seen as all the people in here want an arm and a leg

You'll generally get a sweet box for around 100-150, MDF, carpet, etc...
at least thats my experiences

I as well generally do not make a custom box for less than $100.00. It would depend on size and sealed or ported. The larger the box, the more the materials.
