I never got around to benching one of these but I did install quite a few.
If I were to guess I would say it should do pretty close to rated power but don't expect it to surpass it by much. The Pioneer's of the same era were priced very similar and were built better plus quite underrated. You could get a Pioneer 702 amp for the same cash as a PG 2350 and the Pioneer would just have so much more to offer when pushed hard. Of the 2350's we never got many back so reliability was good. Don't go under recommended impedence load with it. Sonically we never had any issues with them.
This was PG's first amp series that was outsourced. Not that it means anything but you wanted info on them. Heatsink has a cheap feel and look to it IMO. They sell pretty cheap on Ebay and their resale isn't much.
