Sound deadening using bed liner spray

What is the best cheap spray on bed liner to use for deadening? I want to bed line my trunk lid, door panels and walls of the trunk. I have looked into DupliColor, 3M and Beat-Sonic sprays. Not sure which is the best for deadening. And also which would be best to apply this time of year when the weather is staying in the 30s. Thanks!

spray foam is also a really cheap alternative for deadning that can be purchased at any home depot , or walmart and is really affective if used right

Neither of those is good at deadening really. They are too light.

Might I suggest Second Skin Spectrum sludge.

Not exactly "bed liner" but works great and easy to use. You can roll on or use a putty knife

theres a few companies who make a spray on deadener. One is called Spectrum made by Second Skin. You need your own compressor and the the deadener website sells a very cheap spray gun which will spray this this stuff for $58. Its supposed to work fairly well for some applications. The other main spray on product is called Lizard Skin....I havent heard much about it but I do know its very popular so that should say something.

If you need to use bedliner to seal your box then your box builder needs to be fired. Shouldnt need anything to seal it, no silicone nothing.
