8" subs for sq - who is running them?

Is anyone using 8's for there set up? If so what kind?

Yep. I was using four MTX 5500-44 DVC 8s in 3cuft vented on 1200watts total in my car for about 5 years. Looking to get back some of my trunk, last fall I pulled them out and replaced them with three 10s on 600watts in the same space.

Last nite I pulled out the three 10s and put back in ONE of the 8s in a 1.5cuft ABC on 300 watts. Love it! You'd never think it was a single 8

agreed listened today to this set up and thought it was 2 10s, damn if i could get that much tight bass from my car i wood be sooooo happy.. well done paul... little sub little amp and right box = great bass..
