I seem to be getting a buzzing noise on my interior speakers when i turn up the gains on my amp, it also gets louder when i accelerate. There is no buzz when the stereo is on but engine off... any ideas as to a fix?

Not a blown speaker. You have engine interfearance from your alternator. You may have a bad ground on your amp, or you may be running your RCA's along side your power wire. Make sure that the ground is clean and bare. Make sure your RCA's aren't run along side your power cable. Try those and then let us know if you still have probs.

If you have a high voltage ignition system like accel or edelbrock the high voltage of the wires can feed back through the audio system. If you don't than just try changing your spark plugs and wires. If it's a pyramid or legacy..etc, sadly it's in your equipment. I'm not accusing you of that though.
You can change your ground on the amp
You can change the ground on your deck
You can run a ground from your engine to the chassis
