Would a Kenwood KAC-8405 amp work well with Hifonics Zeus ZXi 6.5C component speakers?

I am asking because the speakers are rated at 100w RMS while the amp can only put out 60w rms per channel.

Is it going to be loud enough, and is it dangerous? (I.e will it be so quiet that I will have to run the amp at its max potential, which may run the risk of clipping)
