it has been a very common practice to hold shows on Sunday mornings

what do you guys think of doing some shows on Saturday evenings/nites?

what do people do on saturday nites? just hang out, right? why not hang out and enter a bass comp at the same time.

I believe Satuday shows will actually generate some spectator interest cuz on Sunday's the stands are empty. No one wants to wake up at 9am to go spectate a comp.

I also think a Sunday show kinda kills your whole day, whereas Saturday ones really just take care of your evening, giving everyone something to do that nite.

Your thoughts and opinions?

Definitely Saturdays for me. For the few shows i have gone to. Maybe if i ever finished my setup i might make it out again.

lol damn stats dont work for me. Sundays day gave me the reason not goto church. LOL

sat afternoon or sunday is cool, evening shows make it tough for anyone that is gonna come from a couple hrs away to attend...... unless they dont mind driving home at 2 am.

I would rather drive home late on a saturday than wake up crazy early on a sunday morning to make it out. hehe

says the guy who came to 1 show in the last 2 years. You know I love you but let's be realistic. This is for people who actually want to, and do, make it out to shows.

but there is also the people from windsor that seem to want to go. I am also o make it out to more shows this year. I blew both my subs shortly after that show and they stayed thay way, lol.
My car is going through a rebuild again. something that will hopefully handle the power a bit better. ( fingers crossed)

Sunday Mornings for me personally, travel time etc...
But if ppl want more shows, more drags etc.. promoters need to make some cash!! Saturday nights has to outdo a Sunday in that respect.
