2012 SQC Opening show October 23rd
 

SoundsGood will have an SQC/IQC show at 3-910 Tupper Ave. from 10:00am to 5:00.

As the opening show, it's only $10.00 per competition.

Knuckle Draggers are invited to spectate, but we won't be offering any competition for that format during this show.

I have other ideas for them during the winter time that will be announced soon.

My shows are always sanctioned Randy. It's the Western Canadian IASCA season opener.

I will provide beer & nuts. You provide the awe inspiring cars. We judge, drink, eat, win trophies & go home.

Thanks for being an awesome competitor and sharing your system w me. I cant believe we were 1 point difference in scores! I am honoured to be in your company and have our cars be so similar in tonality. It was really uncanny! What worries me though is that idea you are getting about the P99!

I think your sister in Point Roberts will be getting a visit from you soon!

Hey bro! You did great and I love how good your car sounds! I was at Best Buy today looking for those CDs but I couldn't find em. I'm gonna try downtown or online. Excellent meeting a true enthusiast like u! Keep in touch during the "build season", can't wait to see what everyone's got in store for the next show.

Well...if you really did buy the Gretzky Dong (aka: P-99), you are in for a big treat! I hear it is probably the best all in one SQ unit out there right now.

One word of advice, have the guys at Soundsgood or a very trusted installer that is familiar with the P-99 install, because the setup and methodical steps to get it going in the startup will be worth it's weight in gold from what I hear.

Congrats on the purchase, I'm going to go to a corner now and cry a bit.

If you come across that disk with the walking sax / scribbling pencil etc on it, can you let me know, i have been looking for it and haven't been able to find it yet.

Thats Randy's iPod with all his awesome little test tracks: He mentioned to me that it is from test material that he acquired from a sound production lab (e.g. Telarc, Sheffield labs, etc). I don't have a copy yet, but I'll give U a copy as soon as I get one.

Oh yeah, I'm all nice now, please and thank you, and all that...you just wait... if I start losing a bunch of trophies (or start taking food away from me), Im gonna get ALL kinds of ugly!!!

I have a little bit of work to do over the "build season" won't be anything too crazy though, no major component changes that's for sure... Lots of work will be put in to putting my interior back together so I have a complete car lol.

I think if you are doing the interior stuff it would be a good time to use some deadening for the doors, floor, etc.
