6" aeroports have arrived!

I went to the post office today to get my packages, they were the 6" aeroports I had ordered. They were alot larger than I was expecting them to be they are pretty huge. Thought I would post some pics

So they aren't aeroports then, are they?

It's a specific brand name for the ports made in Finland... that's why you'll never see PSP refer to them as Aeroports. (and yes, I'm just joking by being such a nit-picker)

I thought that the first people to use the word "aeroport" was Rockford Fosgate. I am not sure how big they flare to...I will measure tommarrow. If I had to guess I would say probobly 9"

pretty good guess I checked the website the outer diameter is 9.25"

I love flared ports (especially PSP) I have the 2" port that I used to tune a
10" HT sub to 22HZ and the sub would distort b4 u hear any port noise, even when it blows air and move the leaves of my indoor plant 10 feet away! No chuffing, just pure subsonic reinforcement. OK i'll stop now,lol! Let us know about this project of yours.
