Need a shitload of resin for my car. Wont be able to afford a whole drum which would save a lot of money Im sure. Where do the shops typically get their resin for best price? Boat manufacturers?

I get pretty much all my glass supplies from Plasticworks.

 

find a boat or dock repair/builder store, bring your own 4 litre jug and a 1 litre jug. I always get it right out of their drums for $20.00 cash. It's a better quality resin than found at most place due to the freshness of the product. I goto Rebel Fibreglass here in Kamloops. This is by far the cheapest places to get resin. There is a yault manufacturer in maple ridge if i remember correctly.

Any fiberglass boat place will hook you up. Just be nice to them.

The best places are the ones that don't usually sell to the public because they will sell stuff to you for a couple bucks more than what they paid if you are nice to them.
