Creston, BC show, Sept 25th. Still a go? and if so whos coming?
 

Was just curious if this show will still be happening and what sanctions will be taking place. If i am not wrong was originally suppose to be a 2x db drags event, maybe some usaci to? Who would be judging this? And who all would be interested in making the drive to creston and coming to compete.

ive done to many long drives this year , cant afford another one , id rather take the money that the trip would cost me and put it towords world finals

bunch of us are planning on coming....some from ab and sask too....I talked to bill in alberta when we were there, and he is still wanting a 2x points db drag. I also talked to james this weekend. Today I got confirmation from bills wife that james and bill are talking on the specifics on a show.... so as far as I can tell it's still a go. would be nice to have 20+ cars there this year instead of the 7 or 8 last year. I can think of 5 for sure entries right now

Im going to try and make it there. Creston isnt too far from where I live, 2 hour drive.

If I make it I will be entering my Explorer. Its nothing huge tho, just a daily pounder 2 12" setup. Been dieing to get it metered tho..

This show is worth coming to, its in conjunction with a local car show which usually brings some pretty nice cars. The show should have a fairly good turnout as i know there are a few local guys with stereo's that will be entering as well, most of them nothing over the top either. Just gotta get the word out and make this show a gooder.

After some discussion with James, the game is still on. We have decided to make this a Single point show....I have figured out for those who are point chasing I am going to offer all 3 sanctions to achieve those points - USACI, DB Drags, and Bass Race...I am going to set it up like the show in Red Deer, although with the emphasis being on USACI. It appears that more guys enjoy this format, and it is better for the new guys coming out. I hope that this doesn't disappoint anyone, we'll do our best as always to make it a great weekend. $30.00 for USACI and if we have time we'll go into the bass race and db drags...this will be time dependent so those who need the points will be able to compete in DB Drags and Bass Race at no extra cost... (James I hope that this works)

any sanction will work for me and my guys. just want to support.

well i will be there usaci is where its at for sure get to try and beat my score for sounds good show, got another box i wanna try out. Plus should have more people to pile onto my car.

Just a reminder, Creston is only 5 hours from SE Calgary, and no major hills to climb. It would be nice to see some Alberta blood at our show.
