james always seems to be a day behind...lol....the comp is sunday june 3rd, although the festivities begin on the 2nd.....

 

...and this year i will be joining you for the festivities, not building sub boxes til 1:00 am

 

Whoa $50 entry fee? What is up with that? Is that just because its such a small area and harder to get people to come out and join up? I could Easily understand $20~$30, but $50, WOW!!!(if this is serious, I don't mean to offend, just think thats a lil steep)

 

I believe its because to book at 2x event its something crazy like $750usd (from what ive heard, unless I heard wrong) compared to a 1x wich is only around $100usd. Plus trophy's, there expenses and all the good stuff they give out.

 

thats right, double points cost a lot more to run , and the trophies are huge!!!
and if your going for points, its a lot cheaper than travelling to 2 shows .

 

I might be able to make it, Either my truck or me and my brother will come down in his truck ooooorrrrrr my dad with come with his car if it ever gets loud.

There is lots of value...last year me had 68 competitiors, they seemded to love it!!!

Ask anyone who had been there, it well worth it...there has not been a double point event to Ontario in roughly 3 years...maybe there is something to it....hm....

Double point event are the only way to get you scores certified for worlds or world rankings...this is the 4th year for this show and it keeps going...

 

Ohhh, 2x are alot more, I see!! that explains alot acutally, thank you for clearing that up . That is crazy, hmmm well Now I know :P
