it was on the 29th plus l wanted to some new comp. from the south west. there was about 5-6 nice set ups. saw no one from previous shows.
plus l told 5 people about the site
does that count for the contest
lastly why do some threads become closed. passing on show info should never be censored according to sponsors. that reflects poorly ,admitting it is worse.

Atleast you didnt call Gibbys, get an answering machine and decide to drive out there at 1 pm to find out that registration didnt start till 4:30 / 5PM

No time on their flyer, no time on their website.... weak sauce.

the ehr show i went to a couple years back was pretty good, but that was before they started banning ppl from the shows for being too loud lol. They do however really need to host more than 1 spl and 1 sq show a year. Id go if there were no local shows on that day.

 

l hope spl goes away, thats proabably what EHR thinks and gibbys. burping is after a good meal . l talked to alot of the younger dudes at the show. most said they were here for the burp. in between burps they would play music. spl is a great intro to car stereo, in the end everyone went home playing tunes, not burps.

 

i think u are confused. spl IS burping. just like drag racing is about a 1/4 mile run. what u said is like saying that drag racing is a good intro into the world of automobiles b/c no one raced a 10 second 1/4 mile on their way home from a drag race event......

loud music is intro to spl, not the other way around.

 

Sounds like a good time. I haven't been to EHR, but I've heard a ton of their commercials....
