First Time
 

Hey guys,

i been a member here for a while, gained alot of information, and was considering taking part in a few shows this year. However i'm a lil intimidated, i know my system wont be up to par with some of the stuff on here, but what is the general attiude of the crowd that goes? Is everyone all out to get you, or are people more supportive? I dnt really want to go somewhere, where i'll here putdowns.

everyone's friendly, it's just a bunch of guys like you who like loud stereos. you should be able to make friends easily.

i just hopped into the audio scene about 2 years ago. ive made some pretty good friends and have learned alot. hope to see you at some shows this year!

Yeah I know what you are saying having been through this myself a couple years ago. DO NOT hesitate to come out, there is no one that is going to rag on you or your system. Most if not all will take the time to listen to what you have and even suggest ways to get it better. Once you come out a few times and start to know people THEN the s&^t talking starts. LOL

I remember when this guy ^^^^^^came for the first time, he would not leave. would follow everyone around and ask questions about stereos. So be careful, dont turn into a creeper like this dude, this is an addiction, it might suck you in to never spit you out :)

What does your system consist of? I thought you had some W7's according to another thread. Thats plenty of system

ya man the shows are fun, lots of fun, stupid and ****ed up events happen, my first shows were abit weird cuz i didn't know anyone but everyone i met was friendly and always willing to give advice... whether or not my stubborn ass would actually listen to them, lol

get into it and see how you like it. its my first year too bro and i will not be putting high numbers up lol. but everyone seams to be very helpfull so its not all that bad. and i never heard anyone rag on another ones system yet unless they are a pro or know each other very well.
