Well.. I'm getting things finished up before I leave for finals tomorrow.

Well I screwed up the wiring some how and had some electrical issues. Ended up screwing up one of the relays. (stuck open?).

I finally got that figured out then found out that the CD player won't turn on. The ACC +12v works, but the connect directly from the battery is screwed. I have no way of tracing all of that. So for now I had to jumper it to the ACC.

Very ghetto, I know... but wtf else could I do? I'm going to get it looked at as soon as I get back.

Anyways.. So I've got 2 amps to run and a 2nd batt. Haven't been able to get either of them installed.

My score so far is about the same as it was before I dumped a tonne of time/cash in it.

I'm pissed, the car isn't running well, and I'm going broke.

Ahwell.. right now I'm just going down there to have a good time. I can't see even making an attempt at winning.

Just don't say you hate your life, lol. I don't like when people say that, I mean I realize you're frustrated, but you still gotta remember than at the end of the day it's still your hobby.
(Meaning, things could be a lot worse, and that is more painful than anything car audio related, trust me)

I can relate, 1995 IASCA finals(Dallas) my alternator went the night before the finals then the motorized head unit won't open hence no HU controls remedied seconds b4 judging still top 10 finish. A week later placed 4th at USAC Finals.
Still had lots of fun....

Sounds like you just hit the rough patch that I have been going through all year (including a nice icing touch for finals).. This is just how spl works man [img]smile.gif[/img]

i do it at home my friend has a shop i buy and sell all kind of equipment and sale and install autostarts send me an email i go to ottawa often maybe well meet sometime
