How many of you are interested in competing at a CPSL event?

Assuming you would fall under one of the 3 classes.

2-10's /1-12
2-12's /1-15
2-15's /1-18

How much power are you using?

Amp rating at the lowest impedance.

Bump up the power rating for the amature class.

-1200 watts and under would be in the amature classes
-1201 watts and up would be in the higher classes

All the amatures are under 1200 watts, this way any one can come out without them getting smoked. This way they can watch and learn from the pros.

Also just a suggestion, in the higher class, put 2-15's/1-18's and Walls in the same class

if your going to have a totally different division for "pro's" then just host a db Drag ro IASCA event at the same venue. If your interested call me 416-818-7256 I can give you a hand.

hey Richard, i have a honest question. How many 'pros' do you think will show up now after you've spent so much time and effort telling every single one of them not to bother comming to your shows?

NTOXKTD 06-12-2005 05:02 AM

if you don't want to show up don't. If you want to be in print then you will. Every show will be in Performance Auto Sound.

JordyO 06-12-2005 09:52 AM

I know there is a lot of hostility, but I think it's a valid question.

Richard, all this time you've been doing everything you can to keep the "pro's" away.

So what incentive is there for them to now show up?

I don't know about the other guys but for me being in print isn't a big deal. I compete for the fun of it, not for the fame :D

Prolifik 06-12-2005 01:10 PM

ok, no one really cares about the print or especially the PAS mag.

secondly, are u getting the pros to come now BECAUSE there will be PAS?? otherwise PAS would not care to see people hit mid 130's???

as far as me wanting to show up or not.....you have spent the last 2+ month telling all the pros NOT to come.

Fine don't come.

Discussion closed.

Prolifik 06-12-2005 08:42 PM

thats funny, u dont even bother inviting people, u just expect them to show up. thats very courteous of you.

richard believe me, just b/c im speaking my mind doesnt mean i am the only one who feels this way. there are ALOT of guys that feel this way.

JordyO 06-13-2005 05:44 AM

Richard, I understand what you're trying to do. However people have asked legitimate questions and done it without any hostility.

Seems like you're trying to create a class for higher caliber competitors but you still don't feel we're worth your time.

Anyways... this is going nowhere so it's being closed.
