Where are the details on this one, and will there be any SPL events?

There will not be a sanctioned event at this show

So they can meter people but it won't count towards anything?
Or this is some sort of car show but at this point, there's no car audio competition attached to it?

I have no idea what that means

it means that its a big car show that I run a test and tune at lol. there is a crowd pleaser event.

Sounds cool will come out with the jeep run over a car been wanting to try it lol since the neon is pretty set and don't need to test and tune.
