limestone feedback
my only issue was the site. cant control weather.
rain+field=muddy you could feel the hard work beading up on cars and the sadness of muddy floormats. for sq biggest turn out ,so say mr.gay. cottage traffic on a sunday was well.everything else was timely and well run lve gone to 7 shows this year. my recomendations are paved parking lot and a saturday show. best of luck next year jeff |
I think the whole show was just a victim of bad weather... even if we were in a paved parking lot, the weather would have made it rough going.
I'm not opposed to the grass... in fact, I think the location was perfect. Had it been a nice sunny day that park would have been the perfect venue. Had it been in a paved parking lot on a hot sunny day then people would have complained about how hot it was. In the end... I think the show could have been fantastic... they just fell victim to mother nature. In any case... congrats to Jeff, Martine, and the rest of the gang for a job well done. :appl: |
any results?

We would like to thank everyone who stayed and endoured the weather and It was great to see you again Jordy.
Plans are already in the works for next years show. I don't think I can say much about it except it may be an all weekend event and will involve beer tents and lots of great food :smilie_da I thought I knew what it took to get a show like this off the ground but boy, was I wrong! Graet job to everyoun involved and I look forward to Limestone City Soundoff 3! |
Yes this was the biggest turnout for SQ, this year for our Zone and the shows that have taken place in upper NY. The turnouts for most shows this year have averaged around 10-12. We had 15 at Sundays show and I think we would of had more if the weather was better.
I also just wanted to say that Jeff and Martine did a great job and I look forward to working with them again next year. Results for the Voicecoil meltdown show are posted on the IASCA website. And lastly there is a show this weekend in Lindsay. This is there third show this year and I hope we can show our support. They are doing IDBL, SQ and tuner jam. For more details go to IASCA.com and look up there show. See u there. |
