so many people do the same thing as you: come on knowing nothing, ask for a detailed explanation, expect us to know exactly what they want. If you do a search you will find many many examples of this. Read around and research whether you want sound quality or something that is just loud so that people can hear ya comin from a mile away. $1700 will get you some good equipment now you just have to find out what you want and we can help you pick out your equipment. Use the search button dude .

I agree with Lspade69. You have to know somewhat of what you are wanting. If you want a nice SQ system that is half decently loud. Or if you want a full blown SPL system for loudness mainly. $1700 will get you a half decent system either way. Remember there is taxes and you should set aside $200-250 for wiring and install gear. So around 1200-1300 for equipment. And some places will give you package prices to allow your money to go further. So it also helps to know what names or brands you do like and dont like. Cause no point of someone advising you on equipment that you have a bad taste in your mouth over.

According to the Scosche Site you have rear 6x9 and front 5.25.

I recommend right off the bat and nice set of 5.25 comps up front just a basic set of replacement rear 6x9. A 50x4 full range amp to power those right off the top. Nothing worst then bass over powering the rest of the system. Balance is key in a system design and build.

A few questions anwsered may help us.
Do you already have a deck and what model number if so?
What type of music do you listen to?
How much trunk space are you willing to part with?

I want those subs to pound so that people can hear them from miles away and mean while i would still like a reasonable amount of sound quality as well. . so yea im looking for "SPL" mainly.

I prefer JL audio and rockford fostgate [if you have anyother company in mind that offers better sub/woofers for my budget plz suggest]. I want 2 12" inch subs 4 ohms and 2 channel subwoofer amp around 500w or 1000w. If i go with 1000 watts that will cost me dearly i dont know if i should settle down with 500w or find a way to increase my budget so i can get the 1000 watt.

In the "car" usually listen any music with alot of bass i.e hiphop, raggeaton and etc. i dont worry about how much of my trunk space is used.

Right now i dont have a deck and i have saved up $500 extra for that. Honda accord 2003 the front deck is kinda weird LCD display, cd changer and all the control **** are in one piece !! so im not sure which decks to get that fits.

Thanks in advance for your help !

I say go U.S. Amps and Re subs. Killer combo and won't cost you a fortune. For your deck you can anything for that car as they make a mounting bracket that will allow you to install what you like.

Do you know any dealers that carry RE 12" X X X subs and U.S amps [preferably in hamilton area]?
I called alot of well known places in hamilton and most of them have no clue what RE subs are .. lol. But i did alot of research about those subs and i think they are best for SPL.
