Ok... so the latest update is that apparently this weekend (15th) is still too soon for the FS guys to get this organised.

I'm away the weekend after.... so we're looking at.... the 29th

Are you talking about people who show up for the show could randomly install spare gear? Sounds like fun. Apparently you have lot's of spare gear that you have no use for. Sounds like a plan!

aww man this is pissing me off always have to push it back...taking dayz off for nothing.. oh well i wont book dayz off anymore and if it fall on good day well that good if not whatever...but still count me in...

and i have an idea...why do we need to do it a FS? that seems to be the main problem of pushing the date to later.... could we not just meet up in some parking lot...and the worst that could happen is getting kick out
