Sanctioned events in maritimes
 

wondering if there are any sanctioned events in PEI or NB. I compete in NS quite often through out the summer but there are no sanctioned events here.

there are a few of us that are trying to bring the sport back to NS but its not really a big scene in our area. (only a half a dozen that we know of that are hitting any serious numbers)

I took a quick look on the termpro calender for 2010 and I didn't see even 1 show east of QC...:thumbsdow

well that really sucks. looks like we might have to make a trip out your guys way to see what these events are like.

but what show or shows would it be and when?

I'm from P.E.I dude, Never heard of any events around here for car audio.... :(

I don't know how many shows are set for next year yet, :dunno: but your best bet IMO would be to go to a 3X show in Montreal or Ottawa area.
Never been to one there myself, but the larger centers in Ont/Que with multipoint events have the biggest turnout/ most to do/look at etc.

I'm sure if you search, you can find pics etc. of shows closest to you. Then you can kinda check it out from your computer for now.:smilie_da

there has been some decent shows down here but not sanctioned
i remembered a few years ago i think apple blossum had like 77 competitors

have seen some shows on youtube thanks to people like , spltv and others

have yet to see anything from quebec on youtube tho

a 3X show would be a good idea or even mutiple 1X shows

would be nice to travel as a group

ok ill definetely keep that in mind. im sure well have to go to qc or somewhere but im willing to make a weekend of it. I've been competing for 6 or 7 years but last year was my first year where i actually got competitive. I did a complete system over haul and now hitting some decent number for street A and want to get into some serious competition.

yeah I've been to apple blossom last few years and had some decent turn outs. number of people showing up though seem to be dwindling a bit, but that's one of 2 shows that i never miss.

well i know theres me and 2 others that would be wiling to make a trip. might be able to get a few others. but we should try and get a few people together and hit up a few shows out there on a weekend.
