On behalf of everyone at Cartunes, Kenwood canada, Alpine Canada, and Karz electronics, Thank you all for showing up and supporting the 3rd annual Bash for cash!!!
We had about twice as many people show up than we thought we would, so it was a little slow going, and we could not open the store as a result, but overall it seemed like everyone had fun.

Team shadow did some scary numbers with their civic, and posted a mean 166.5. Best of luck chasing the Canadian record Shadow!

And hey, the back end of my yellow truck made it into one of Bidnyk's pics :D

haha, everyone was hopin ud fire em up when u left.

I would try to but the only ruber burnin' that would happen would be my fan belts.
</font>
LOL It was tempting but right-hand tire burns are murder on a limited-slip diff and I didn't want to risk having a one-tire fire like the poseur in front of me :D

Hey if you wanted to lay some rubber down, you could have always turned left and got a few screeches from when the inside tire lifts as you turn like some of those other cool guys did

it was right under your nose if you were inside the store paying registration at the sales counter. Its back at Karz now though..... sob.

Thanks for coming out guys, I hope you all had as much fun attending as we did hosting the event.

Hakujin 09-20-2004 05:14 PM

I had a pretty good time. Didn't much enjoy people telling me that "dude, it should be louder". LOL....
What do you expect with a SoloX in a 1.5 sealed box? Next time it will be in a nice slot-ported box showing higher numbers. :D

Still, I got 3rd in my black '92 240SX in the first class and My buddy in his GTi came in second in the second class with two Type R 12's.

Go Team OD !!!
