most shops will have a line that will carry subs in your budget.
well unless you"re looking to spend $50/sub, you'd be better off hitting up a pawn shop, kijiji, craigslist

some shops will hook you up with a deal when you are buying quantity.
but why buy 10 "cheap" subs?
