Things you'd like to see : Bassrace

bassrace is hardly just turning up the volume. DaVibe was right when he said that americans would smash us in bassrace. they hold perfect scores for what seems like forever, whereas a lot of canadians tend to try and land on a perfect score. and I'm not classifying you as a noob based on how long you've been installing stereos. but based on points, which means coming out to shows and getting the wins you need, yes, I'd say you are. don't take offense to it, a lot of guys get their championship trophies that way, and not just in bassrace but db drag as well. if you build for a random class with no other competitors and show up at regionals you win the championship for that class, which is something I find to be a little ridiculous, and this is the second year it has happened. I would hope that at the very least next season there are some sort of requirements to qualify for regionals, the same way there are requirements for world finals. there is no way you could have done that at worlds if that was the only show you showed up for. like I said don't take offense to it, you're from meaford so I automatically think you're cool peeps, but as a competitor these are the kind of things that get on my nerves.
I can understand what you're saying, thats why even with the trophy I have..(its in a closet)I concede that Nick is now the undisputed king of 29.9 bassrace in Ontario. For now...lol
Building a ride for an empty class would be sad wouldn't it..

I wouldn't mind seeing more stats in general.
I suppose most of it would be up the the termpro software, but...
Its racing, right?
- reaction time
- 60 foot times - bassrace could use the stat- 1x9.0db times (just for fun this one, it wouldn't change the winner)
- racing is like, 10.22 at 133mph - so how about... hitting 1x9.9 is the elapsed time, say - 28 secs....holding at 1x9.9db till the 30sec ends ... if you lower down to 1x9.8db at the end , then elapsed time would be 30 sec. or 1x9.8 at 30.0 sec
the final DB average is the mph .. So then it is possible the have a lower elapsed time but the same DB level.
Almost NO ties then..
so 129.9db at 28.55 wins over a 129.9 at 29.11

theres another kind of competition called..I think bass threshold. it is literally a bass race, seeing who can get to a predetermind score first. there was one show here that had it, but I'm not sure what organization came up with it
