Apline car alarms, does anyone know?

my dealer has copped out on me nicely lately, telling me they are to busy to adjust the sensitivity settings for my alarm, and various other things that i would like change...
they told me twice now that in my users guide i should be able to find what i am looking for...
nowhere in there does it state anything of the sort...
anyways i was wondering if anyone here knows the codes, or has a booklet link i could read to adjust my car personally...
if i remember the number right it's the SEC-100S

haha ya i'm never going there again...
the only reason i did is because i had no idea what i was doing alarm-wise so i figured instead of frying like 3 brains in the process of learning to install on my own car i might as well try a professional

ya im moving to 100 Milw in like a 2 weeks, so im going to hit up Hi-Fi i know the guys there, but i don't know if they'll give me the alarm set-up codes, personally i think that's dumb, cuz what if i want to adjust it myself and not waste their time? but ohh well i don't know how it works exactly, maybe in order to do it you need some fancy "dealer code" and if i knew that i could get into anyones car or something, meh...
but ya when i move back im going to hit Hi-Fi up, i buy everything through them, i shouldn't have cheaped out and thought i was getting a better deal...
ohh well, you live and you learn...
