Autostart install Dodge Ram help

Hi this is my first post on here and need help....

Had a Autostart remote starter installed and ever since I got it back the cargo light does not come on when the doors are opened. Now I checked the dial on dash and it is in the correct position. It does work manually when I switch it on with the dial but I would like it to work like it used to when I open the doors.
The installer has no idea and denies that he did anything. Does anyone even have a wiring diargram that I could try to locate the cargo light wire and maybe he cut something ??

Thanks guys !!

Ask the installer if he diode isolated each door

No I beleive he did dome supervision....I am not sure what that means but that is what Autostart tech support told me because I had some other problems.
Is this not the proper way to install?

Did the light system work right before the installation? If it did, then the installer just married your headache, whether it was his fault or not.

Yes all worked fine before the install and installer says he did not do anything wrong

Stand firm. Ask to speak to his boss. Don't take no for an answer. You live in a small enough town that a bad reputation can really **** a shop up. They can't afford that.

Dodges have been shitty truck to work on for a few years now. If you don't wire things exactly, then you're asking for issues like the one you're describing.

Good luck.
