anyone know of actual distributors or wholesalers who supply the individual stores in each market with manufacture car security and starter systems, or do all the individual reseller's big and small get it direct from the manufacturers?

any info would be greatly appreciated

Every manufacturer has distributors, that change from time to time, to represent it's products to stores.
If there's a specific brand you're looking for let us know.
If you're in Canada and working in this industry, I'd recommend a subscription to MarketNews magazine, in order for you to get their listing of distributors in Canada.
