Compustar or Clifford for 2way alarm !?

I want to buy the Clifford 50.7x 2way alarm but a local installator keep telling me I should buy locally with warranty and go with his Compustar BL2WFMA alarm.

I didn't find lot of review about those compustar alarm.. but plenty of good review about the clifford/dei

Someone must know better than I do!

I want the max security for my summer car. I prefer something harder to detect, more shock sensor than range or ''useless feature'' because I never park my car more than 150meter from me.

my compustar (900fm) was well worth the $....

solid reliability with HUGE range.... easily hit 500-700m and usable indoors...
had mercury tilt sensor and shock sensor never falsed (except during tstorms)
manual tranny compatible through reservation mode

The Compustar is definitely the way to go.
