Knock sensor location
Well as u know i have a wall now. i have an issue with my knock senor. its fallen and i dont know where i goes back lol. I tried a few random spots and set the alarm and nothing. I had even put on the highest setting and nothing. i could have body checked the stupid thing. I have set the alarm and had it in my hand and it would go off in seconds.
So i see its all about location lactation location. lol the car is a ford explorer 2000. thx guys and gals |

I know he can however can't see him till the weekend. I work downtown and have to park in an ally sometimes. There is a grubby after hours bar facing my car and they always watch me come in. Need it fix asap.

Good rule of thumb is to tie it to the largest wiring harness under the center of the dash. Seeing as wiring is located throughout your ride it works rather well, and eliminates some false alarms associated with tying directly to metal.
