New car, new system, which ALARM?

Hey guys. So I got my first car. 05 civic si.
Got a nice system installed. Now I want to protect my vehicle. Problem is I know DIDLY f'in squat about alarms. So I need suggestions. What should I be looking for? I don't want/need a startup combo alarm thingy, as my ride is a manual transmission. I simply want a good alarm. High quality, reliable, a good sensitivity thingy, but nothing overkill. I also would like it to have a paging mode to let me know whats going down, as opposed to just a loud siren that most people ignore.

I've mostly heard about Viper and compustar. So far I think compustar looks the best. However, where is the best place to get a compustar alarm system in the Lower Mainland of B.C.??

I`m a DEI fan.They own most of the market on it and have many brands like Viper.Oh one thing looks are not everything in an alarm unless your talking about the look on your face when your ride heads down the road without you(joking I think you are talking about features on that one I had to throw the joke in)

Decisions, decisions....

God damnit, i'm stuck between these 2:
Compustar
Link -> A&B Sound

Or the Viper ->
Future Shop: Car & Marine Electronics: Car Security & Starters: Viper 2-Way LCD Security System (5002)

Any more advice between these two would be appreciated. Anyone have experience with either of these models?

2 way compustar and never look back! DEI is good too - I prefer Compustar it's built from the ground up. If you are going to spend some coin on an alarm get compustars top notch alarm - longer distance for 2 way and more features.
