Should i buy this alarm???!!!

Hey everyone, im in the market for a compustar pro alarm and ive been doing some research and have found it selling for 399 at some audio/video dealers, however the other day i was at pacific mall (an asian mall in case you were wondering what it is) and they have it for 250 same model and everything. I was just wondering if anyone on here has ever bought an alarm from that mall and if they had any issues or if anyone thinks its a bad idea to get it from one of those places? should i find out if they are an authorized dealer? or as long as the prodeuct comes in original packaging i am good? any suggestions or insight is appreciated on whether i should chance it or not. the thing is im ignorant when it comes to things like this i always see it as a save as anyone else would but im just worried if saving that 100 will cause me alot of headaches afterwards.

if it comes in original packaging and is the real deal I don't see why not. Although it also comes wit the "good luck" warranty if anything goes wrong. What store in pac Mall? Autobas?

I think you should shop around more and get one with fully warranty... you still have to get it professionally installed anyways. Why not go visit a few shops and see what kind of deal they can give you for a "installed" price." that way, ONE shop has to honor pproduct and installation warranty, so tha you don't get any "it was installed wrong there, I won't cover the part".."or part was defective, go back there" Issues.
