Viper 5706v crank sometime starts and clicking noises
 

I drive a 2002 Mazda Miata that is automatic and has a chipped key. I took it to a shop to have the 5706v viper alarm installed. Remote start didn't work and they told me to order the immobilizer and a spare chipped key for them to get remote start to work.

After the install I would place my key in the ignition turn to start the car it cranks and fails with a screech I then turn off the car turn the key again and it starts. Happens all the time for me to get the car started. Was told it was my starter and had it changed out. Same issue.

Also once the car is started and I'm sitting in the car I can hear clicking noises under the dash. Not sure what it is but annoying.

Never had these issues before the installation of the alarm.
