I think it would be a nice to have for members... maybe somehow restrict or grant access based on time as a member or posts to keep out the trolls but I think it would be a great idea for anyone seeking help.

I agree a Chat room would be nice, but it would probably be hard to Mod, and would probably end up getting alot of spam

Usually, message board chats end up beeing empty all of the time.
