Great Idea, I think it should be a requirement just to post, not to view the classifieds.

 

I think that the supporting member to be able to sell is a good idea. If a member is using the forum for their personal gain by selling their old or unused equipment, why not give a little back to the site as a way of saying thanks?

 

thats my thought .... take right now anyone with good itrader, 200+ post, Supporting Members, and then have maybe for anyone that doesnt meet them qualifications have them PM someone were a person or two or three :P can look into this member and see if they qualify to be able to list something <---although scammers could still get through, but it would be alot harder and many may not even try if its that hard here when some other joe blow site still has open Buy/Sell threads

I feel this way too. I have refs on other sites as well as successful ebay refs and I do dealings with Steve on a regular basis. I would now face getting cut out of classified section because I dont have 200 posts?

 

yea and thats what i thought too, thats why i said that anyone with atleast one good itrader right now will automatically be able to access it and supporting members ....and if that still doesnt work for some thats why i thought if someone were to volunteer there time if people PM them with like for example links of there ebay feedback or other feedback or something and that person look into it...

 

i would be in the same boat as silver , but ive bought 2 things off classifieds and niether person left feedback so the 1 positive thing would kick me out.
