I dont know if we have the confirm email addy and crap like that but you can do a Admin email you have to confirm with the Admin first or a filter If it contains more then 10 Dollar $$ signs dont post. Do something like

yea if we dont have the confirm email addy thing adding that will probably stop a little bit, and the 10 $ things n they cant post would help alot i think. But ya you cant get rid of them all.
