Why can't I post a reply?

I keep getting a dialogue box telling me I don't have the privilege or the administrator has prohibited this feature. Interestingly, I can add a new post, like this one, but can't reply. Any ideas?

Pay attention now.... there is a REASON why you can't reply. We've disabled it.

There have already been multiple threads on the subject, one even posted within the past week. So maybe take a second to search before you start swearing up a storm.

Btw, good job on the 1st post. It looks like you're going to be a GREAT addition to the site.
