Alpine 1000 Watt Amp "Popping" Problems

I dont have full specs on the system I am running. On a less detailed explanation im running 4 gauge wiring,(all my wiring is 4 gauge for ground and power) from my 890 cranking amp battery, through a breaker switch, through a second 150 A fuse, to a secondary battery inside the cab of my 94 Chevy Pick-up. The second batter is a 390 cranking amp dry cell battery. At first i was having issues because the amp was going into protect when i turned the music up because it was drawing too much power. This didn't make sense, so when i opened up my 15" alpine sub (Dont know the details) The wiring for it was all wrong. We wired the sub to two ohms. For about a day it worked. The next day, my amp would start making this "Popping noise" That sounded like it going into protect. The amp would actually shut off when it was making this noise, and turn back on within seconds. After about a day of running it like this, the amp stayed off because it started flipping my breaker. Now anytime the system gets turned on, it makes a "Popping" noise and flips the breaker. Any ideas of what is wrong? Also, the grounds im using are remarkably astounded. They are drilled through the liner in my truck and ran to the chassis and bolted down where the metal has been sanded down.

Now that I am about a month into this issue, my truck started having some issues with its shifting, we took it in, they replaced the computer in it and the speaker started working again. I dont know why it quit. (Truck also not fixed yet)
