11.5 V sounds like a car battery under load.
While the car is running, measure again, under the same load.
1st at idle, then at 2500 rpm.

If your alt is working properly, you should get 12.5 at idle and 13.5 at higher revs.
14.4 is the highest you'll ever get on most cars, with no load under ideal conditions.

The answer, as always, get a bigger alt.

thnx for the answer but im not really that good in cars can you elaborate more like make it simpler? are you saying its not normal that it runs on 11.5 volts? how do i get it 2 run at 14.4volts?

Normal car battery is 12 v.

Turn on lights or stereo, it will drop to 11.5 or 11 v.

With Car running, you are measuring the votage from the alternator, which should be charging the battery. The alternator will put out 14.4 v under perfect conditions.

With a load like ingnitian, (which obviously has to be running for the alternator to be working), lights and stereo, Normal voltage would be around 12.5 to 13.5.

There is no way to hook up 14.4.
