So, I'm going to need to totally decontaminate the boards, I'm going to make a wash and dry box , like a tabletop sand blast box(gloved)

So what do I use? I was thinking I would first spray them down with 99% ISO and q-tip any "bad" spots, when a rinse with distilled water.
Dry in box until its time to submerge them.

See any possible problems with that guys?

Did a mock up of the loose boards... The amps have a ground to chassis, and well, no chassis now, so I used a threaded rod to connect them together as a single ground.. I'll be changing it to a brass rod before completion..

I then noticed that the other holes didn't quite line up!!! I couldn't use the metal rod.. So I grabbed a plastic rod and machined it, tapped the boards with the same fine thread, and screwed them together..

Have to run ALOT of wires to the outside air, 4 awg grommets will work , keeping the oil in the rack.. I hope

The voltage meter and remote temp gauge. We'll attach that inside the rack in the oil ...

Where did you get that volt/temp/clock thingy? Is the temp sensor on a wire (aka remote)?

Hey soul, nice to see your going to take the advice. To make it really really cool, add a light and a little fish tank bubbler.

Yeah, man, I`ve got some fantastic advice and ideas from Kev and others... Gonna take alot longer , but it should be the best amp I`ve ever owned..
I`m not sure if I`ll use a bubbler or not, I have been giving thought to using a small pump and a simple aftermarket tranny cooler for a car.. Like this one maybe..

I`m not even sure I`ll need more cooling then just the oil, the good part is I can still add it after without opening it. I can just leave a couple extra grommets unused just in case.

I`m not big on lights , I ussually disable any amp lights that are too bright.....lol
