Figured it out

I checked everything about 20 times from step to step. And i finally had some help with my uncle and his light up volt tester or w.e u call it lol. I found out for some reason the cap kept short circuiting. My guess is that it needs to be charged again at Peel Audio or some place before i can put it back in. So i directly configured my amp to the battery and grounded it and all. It works fine now but im not going too high on it with the bass because im not using a cap at the moment, could be asking for some trouble lol.

how did you have the cap hooked up? was it in series?

Well if the Cap short circuits and it is hooked up correctly your entire electrical system should have melted... thank goodness you hooked it up wrong. It isn't short circuiting and you dont "precharge" them at a dealer either... Please Please please be careful you are in over your head

OK so the amp is fine and the power flow is fine so leave the cap out before you blow stuff up

take out the cap and wire directly to the amp.
if it works the cap is .
