No RCA output

I just bought a couple rockford fosgate P3 subs, and amp to go with it. my truck had an aftermarket jvc deck when i bought it. so after hooking up the amp and subs I had no sound coming from my subs, I have power on my amp side and i rechecked my wiring to my speakers and all thats fine, i took my dmm to my rca cables and did a voltage test, no power, i checked the resistance of the rca cables, and i have less than an ohm of resistance, however i ran an internal resistance check on my sub rca outputs on my deck and its showing something like 44 or 45 k Ohms so heres the question, is that way too much resistance for my rca outputs? i have the same readings on my front and rear rca outputs as well, and its not showing any voltage output. and suggestions for fixes would be appreciated.

if you go into the menu of the deck you maybe have an option to turn on or off the sub output.

What's the deck model #?

its a kd a535 and i turned the sub setting on as well as set the volume to the max which is 8. i went and did a voltage check across the rca cables on a/c setting and found that its giving very little voltage like .01v or less, mostly less

Could be the deck, but can you try with an ipod/mp3 player plugged directly to the amp to see if you have sound.

Did you hot swap the rcas?
