Hey everyone first poster here,

Anyway, I just bought a 2005 Toyota Matrix and it has a Jensen VM9312 deck with pop-op touch-screen monitor.

The screen works ok, I can watch DVDs on it, and the CD player works ok too, but whenever I want to listen to the radio, all I get is just static on any station FM or AM.

The antenna on the roof looks ok to me.

Please help me with this problem.

pull the deck out and see if the antena wire is even plugged in

 

Ok, I'm gonna try to pull it out, but I don't know how. Can you tell me how?
