Rare amp I think

I had a friend give me an amp that to my knowledge was made buy a home audio company It is a Hafler MA-4 it doesnt work is it worth having some one look at it and who should I take it to I am In Mississauga

Nothing all that THAT special but not a piece of junk either. I'd get an estimate but wouldn't drop more than $50-60 on it.
