i have a 2011 audioque HDC315 that will need a recone soon.
what are my options and costs and where does a great job. i dont want to try doing it myself.

 

I'm waiting for a recone kit for my DD 2512 and I've never done it. Where do you live??
Seems just like changing your oil; it's really easy if you can watch someone do it and guess what? You have Youtube!
Unless the kit comes with a specific CA glue, I plan on using Loctite 104. It really seems quite easy.

 

the hard part is aligning the voice coil. the gap in the magnet where the voice coil travels is very tight. there are a couple of places in GTA that do recones and speaker repair. try to google Santon Audio or the speaker shop. both do speaker repair.
