You are looking at about $15-20 including insurance. Make it $150 shipped and if there's more than $5 left over I'll mail it to you. As much as I like a good drive, with the cost of fuel these days we'd probably together spend $50-75 worth of fuel to meet up halfway. For something this cheap its not worth it.
